Can it pre-screen renters?
It can ask for the details you always need, like income, start date and household size, and list what is missing. You decide who gets a viewing.

Funda, Pararius and Realworks enquiries that arrive by email can be handled straight away. Deeper connections depend on what your Realworks setup allows, which I check before quoting.
