What I collect

When you fill in a form on this site, I receive your name, email address, website and anything you type in the message. I also receive the page you sent it from and, if you choose, how you found the site.

Why

Only to reply to you, build the demo or check you asked for, and keep a record of our conversation. I do not sell or share your details for marketing.

Where it is processed

Form messages are received by an automation server I run and stored in a private database, and a copy is emailed to my Google (Gmail) inbox. If you ask for a demo, public information from your website is used to build it.

How long

Until you ask me to delete it, or at most two years after our last contact.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time: contact.thecopygrind3r@gmail.com.

Calls with the AI receptionist

If you start a call with the AI receptionist on this site, the conversation is processed by ElevenLabs (the voice provider) and recorded, and the details you give (name, business, website, email, phone, callback time) are sent to me so I can call you back. You are asked to accept this before the call starts.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The AI receptionist widget may store whether you accepted its terms in your browser.
